CANCELLATION POLICY

In all cases that a financial contribution has been given to the ECC for participating in one of the exhibitions organized by the ECC , we handle a cancellation policy.

Exhibitor Cancellations & Refund Schedule

Exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the attention of your ECC communication partner, no later than the following dates, to be eligible to receive a refund.

Within 150 days of the starting day of the event, 75% of the total agreed upon participation amount will be refunded, taking into account the payments received.

Within 120 days of the starting day of the event, 50% of the total agreed upon participation amount will be refunded, taking into account the payments received.

Within 90 days of the starting day of the event, 25% of the total agreed upon participation amount will be refunded, taking into account the payments received.

Within 60 days of the starting day of the event, no refunds available.
